The Altruist Loyalty Program (“Program”) is applicable across all participating Altruist Hotels.
Participation in the Program confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, Website Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
The terms and conditions given below are intended to define the rules and usage of The Altruist Loyalty Program.
These terms govern the earning and redemption of loyalty benefits for participating guests. If you require any clarification, you may contact

Please note that these terms and conditions cannot be altered, waived, or superseded unless expressly approved in writing by The Altruist Hotels.
This is a loyalty rewards program and does not constitute a membership program.
Definitions
- "The Altruist" refers to The Altruist Hotels which owns and operates various hotels
- The Altruist loyalty program refers to the rewards program offered by The Altruist Hotels.
- "Earning points" means the rewards given to a guest for utilizing the services or facilities of The Altruist Hotel.
- Benefits of The Altruist Loyalty rewards are offered at the sole discretion of The Altruist
- Participation in The Altruist Loyalty Program is void where prohibited by law in the guest’s country of residence.
- The Altruist Loyalty Rewards program is applicable only at participating The Altruist Hotels
Loyalty Eligibility:
- Loyalty Program is open to all individuals as they furnish correct mobile number and email ID.

Employees of The Altruist Hotels, its affiliates, or subsidiaries, and the Employees of owners of managed hotels (collectively 'employees') are not eligible
to participate in The Altruist Loyalty Rewards program.

Rooms occupied as office space, will not be eligible for rewards points. center service used for meetings by guests will not be eligible for rewards points.
- Guests cannot maintain Loyalty Program or earn rewards points on multiple accounts.
- Enrollment to The Altruist Loyalty Rewards program must be in the individual's full legal name, and proof of identification will need to be provided on request.
- All communications will be sent to the mobile number and email ID provided at the time of enrollment. It is the responsibility of the guest to inform The Altruist Loyalty Support Team of any change in contact details. All communications shall be deemed to have been received by the guest, and The Altruist Hotels shall not be responsible for any communication not received, delayed, or lost.

The Altruist Loyalty Rewards is authorized to reach out to guests through phone no & email for program related information and offers. In case the member doesn't want to receive any communication, the request for the same can be placed at
meenakshi.garg@altruistindia.com for unsubscribing from the communication list.
- All benefits and offers under the Program are subject to availability. Altruist reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw any part of the Program at its discretion. The Program may be suspended or terminated by Altruist with up to three (3) months’ prior notice. In the event of termination, all unredeemed Loyalty Points and Vouchers must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date of such termination, failing which they shall lapse without any residual value.
- The Altruist Hotels reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward, or reward levels pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of rewards points already accumulated, e.g. The Altruist Hotels may increase or decrease the rewards points required for a reward or limit the number of participating hotels for a particular reward.
- Participation in The Altruist Loyalty Program entitles eligible guests to earn Loyalty Points, which may be redeemed for applicable rewards in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Program.
- The Altruist Hotel reserves the right to grant, refuse or withdraw Loyalty Program to The Altruist Loyalty Rewards
- The Altruist Hotels reserve the right to suspend or discontinue a guest’s participation in The Altruist Loyalty Program if the Program is used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or the intent of the Program, including but not limited to misuse of reward redemption. Participation may also be discontinued if a guest acts in violation of applicable local, state, or national laws, statutes, or ordinances. Such discontinuation may result in the forfeiture of all accumulated Loyalty Points and the cancellation of all associated Loyalty Program benefits without any residual value.
- All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and program rules shall be at the sole discretion of The Altruist Hotels.
- Each guest is responsible for remaining informed about the Program Rules and the number of Loyalty Points available in their account. The Altruist Hotels may send communications to participating guests regarding matters of interest, including Program updates and Loyalty Point information. However, neither The Altruist Business Hotels, nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, Program management service providers, participating hotels, restaurants, or service partners shall be liable for any failure to send such communications, or for any correspondence that is delayed, lost, or not received.
Loyalty Program Benefits:
Earning Loyalty Points:
- Guests earn 3% Points on the total bill value excluding GST and government taxes.
- Points are credited within 24 hours after checkout.
- Points are not applicable on OTA or third-party bookings.
- Loyalty Points do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Value of Points:
- Loyalty Points can be converted into Vouchers at a value of 1 Point = ₹1. This straight forward conversion makes it easy for guests to understand the value of their points and how they can be redeemed.
Points Validation:
- Points accumulated in the loyalty program do not have any expiry date. Points can be redeemed at any time, offering complete flexibility and encouraging long-term engagement with the program.
Voucher Generation & Redemption:
Voucher Usage Rules:
- Voucher redemption is allowed only at check-in.
- Vouchers are valid only for room bookings.
- No residual value is applicable on vouchers.
- Vouchers are valid only at the hotel for which they are generated.
- Redemption is subject to room availability.
Voucher Validity:
- Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
- Vouchers cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reused once redeemed.
- Vouchers are not valid for taxes or government charges.
Redemption on F&B:
- Flat 10% discount on dining.
- Applicable only to registered Loyalty Guests.
- Not applicable on happy hours, bar promotions, food festivals, banquets, or catering.
Transferability:
- Loyalty Points cannot be transferred or merged. Vouchers may be gifted to anyone, including family or friends but remain subject to validity and usage rules. Once the coupon is generated, it can be redeemed at a specific hotel designated by the guest who generated the coupon.
Earning Points:
- Points will be calculated on the base value of total amount paid by the guest (w/o GST).
Renewal:
- Enrollment in The Altruist Loyalty Rewards program does not expire.
Program Changes:
- Altruist reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including changes to point earning, voucher value, and benefits.
Account Security:
- Guests are responsible for securing their mobile number, email ID, account details, and OTPs. Altruist is not liable for misuse, unauthorized redemption, or identity fraud.
Legal & Jurisdiction
- The Program is subject to applicable laws. Altruist is not responsible for system failures, network issues, or force majeure events. Management decisions shall be final.
